About Me
So a little about me… I’m Rose, Rosie or “Mummeeeeeey!!” depending on who is looking for attention at the time. I am a mother of 3 young children, servant to 2 entitled cats, wife to 1 VW obsessed husband and an award winning documentary (candid) photographer in Bath, Bristol and beyond.
My work has been featured on the Vogue Italia platform Photo Vogue, won awards with the Family Photojournalist Association (FPJA) and This is Reportage Family and my profile has been featured by RISE – the professional female photographers community and Bath Life Magazine.
I have been using a camera as far back as I can remember – capturing memories and storing up boxes and boxes of prints under my bed to look back on every now and then and create blu tacked displays of my favourites on my wall. This has now graduated to digital imagery (thank goodness!) and fine art frames of all colours across my walls. With a background in marketing, I was absolutely thrilled to turn my passion into a career in 2017 and to have captured meaningful memories for many wonderful families and couples ever since.
When I’m not holding a camera in my hand, you might find me juggling family life, feeding my greedy cats, watching a series on Netflix or crafting. I love to pretend I can sew, and have made cuddly toys of dubious quality for my children over the years. If I have the time, I would love to do more of what I used to…visiting French flea markets, going wine tasting, backpacking and going to gigs of people like Fleetwood Mac, Eric Clapton, Bon Jovi. Things I will do again one day, when the craziness of small children fades.

I was really pleased to have been amongst the Top 100 Photographers (2020) and Top 50 Photographers (2021) according to the FPJA.
My passion lies in capturing real moments, moments that mean something, pull on the heart strings and bring memories flooding back. I love to celebrate the individualities of a family or a couple, big emotions and the beautiful chaos of life.
